Our Story

Fleet Forge was built from more than a decade of hands-on trucking experience across dispatch, fleet operations, recruiting, safety, maintenance, finance, and executive management.
Founder Gjorgji Janakiev began in trucking as a dispatcher and grew into operations leadership, helping scale fleets from only a few trucks to large multi-department operations. His experience includes managing dispatch teams, driver operations, fleet growth, cost control, management systems, and executive decision-making across organizations operating hundreds of trucks and trailers.
That operating background is the foundation of Fleet Forge: practical analysis, measurable priorities, and recommendations designed for real trucking companies.
